Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the use of the website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitration shall take place in Tampa, Florida, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Prior to initiating any arbitration or other action, Users must first make a demand for mediation, and afford RTS fourteen (14) days from date of receipt of the demand to agree to mediation.
• Waiver of Class Actions: Users agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

• RTS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
